To change the date/time on your voice mail system:

Press INTERCOM

Press    (or your voicemail system's extension number)

Press

Press

If there is a password for this mailbox, enter it followed by Please contact Will Commnications if you have forgotten your password.

Press

Press

Enter in your new time by pressing two digits for the hour (01 through 12) and two digits for the minutes (00 through 59) and then press

Press for AM or for PM

Press to save your changes

Enter in your new month by pressing two digits (01 through 12) followed by

Enter in your new day by pressing two digits (01 through 31) followed by

Enter in the last two digits of the year (00 through 99) followed by

Press to save your changes

When you are finished, pick up and hang up the handset.
