To record outgoing greetings for a voice mailbox:
Press INTERCOM
Press    (or your voicemail system's extension number)
Press
Press followed by your mailbox/extension number
If there is a password for this mailbox, enter it followed by
Press
Press
There are 3 outgoing greetings you can change at this point...
To change your "no answer" greeting:	press
To change your "busy" greeting:	press
To change your "after hours" greeting:	press
If no greeting was recorded, you will be prompted to record a greeting at the sound of the tone.
When you are done recording...	press
To review your recording...	press
To accept it...	press
To erase and rerecord...	press
To add to your recording...	press
To exit without saving your recording...	press
When you are finished, pick up and hang up the handset.
