Your Call Forwarding/Do Not Disturb (FWD/DND) button can be programmed to allow your phone extension to redirect callers to another extension or phone numer, and/or to prevent callers from ringing your extension.

 

To program your FWD/DND button to prevent callers from ringing your extension:

Press INTERCOM

Press FWD/DND

Press

Pick up and hang up the handset.

To program your FWD/DND button to redirect callers to a destination such as a phone extension or phone number:
Press INTERCOM
Press FWD/DND
Now you can choose which types of calls you would like to have redirected:
To forward all calls:	Press
To forward calls only when you're busy on the phone:	Press
To forward calls when you do not answer your phone:	Press
To forward calls when you're busy or can't answer:	Press
Then enter in your desired destination:
To forward calls to your voice mailbox, input in the extension number of your voice processing system ( by default).
To forward calls to another phone number, press followed by the phone number as you would dial it normally.
To forward calls to another extension, just input in its extension.
Last, press to store your programming.
Pick up and hang up the handset.

To erase all functions on your FWD/DND button:

Press INTERCOM

Press FWD/DND

Press

Pick up and hang up the handset.
