You can use the same functions assigned on your previous extension even if you move to another extension in the office/home. You can retain your settings such as extension number or One-touch Dialing memory etc. on the new extension. This feature is known as Walking Extension.

 

To keep your extension number and features when moving to a different phone:

At the new phone, press INTERCOM

Press

Enter in your old extension number

Enter in your old extension's PIN

Wait for the confirmation tone, pick up and hang up the handset.
