There are two speed dial lists you can maintain. One is the Personal Directory, and the other is the System Directory. Personal speed dial numbers can only be accessed from the phone extension where the speed dial numbers were saved. System speed dial numbers can be accessed from any phone extension connected to the phone system.

 

To program personal speed dial numbers, follow these steps:

Press PROGRAM

Press  , you will see Speed Dial * on the phone's display

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

Enter in the location number (between   and  )

Press followed by the phone number as you would dial it normally

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

Enter in the name using the number pad (use for spaces)

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

When you are finished, pick up and hang up the handset.

To dial a personal speed dial number:

Press INTERCOM

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

Press

Enter in the location number (between   and  )

To program system speed dial numbers, follow these steps:

Press PROGRAM

Press

Enter in the password (by default, it is    )

Press   , you will see Speed Dial No.

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

Enter in the location number (between    and   )

Press followed by the phone number as you would dial it normally

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

Press HOLD

Press   , you will see Speed Dial Name

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

Enter in the same location number you entered above

Enter in the name using the number pad (use for spaces)

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

When you are finished, pick up and hang up the handset.

To dial a system speed dial number:

Press INTERCOM

Press AUTO DIAL/STORE

Enter in the location number (between    and   )
