numbers can be imported into your phone system's System Speed Dial
Directory. Up to 1000 system speed dial numbers can be stored. Click

| Fill in the name column with
your names (limit them to 20 letters). |
| Type your phone numbers after "Dial=", including the 9,
the 1, and the area code of the phone number. |
| Do not make any other changes to the sample speed
dial list. |
| Save the file as "CSV (Comma delimited)" |
| You may be asked if you want to keep the workbook
in CSV format, which will omit certain special features. Click Yes |
| Send the Excel spreadsheet to our E-mail
address, and we will load it into your system on-site or remotely
if your phone system is equipped with a modem. |
