 To
make a conference call: |

| step 1: | Make a phone call as you normally would, and wait until you're connected. |
| step 2: | Once you're connected, press CONF. Doing this will put the call on hold. |
| step 3: | Pick an available line out, and make another phone call. Wait until you're connected. |
| step 4: | Once you're connected, press CONF again to tie all parties together into a conference call. |
| step 5: | To add more parties to the conference call, press CONF to come out of the conference call. Your CONF button will blink. The other parties will continue the conference call despite your absence. Repeat steps 3 through 4 |
| NOTE: | Hanging up the phone at any time will terminate the conference call. |
| To exit a conference call and allow all conferenced parties to continue their conversation: |
| Press CONF |
| Hang up the handset. |
| The conference call will continue for a period of time* before all parties are notified with a warning tone, letting them know that the conference call will terminate soon. |
| * = the time period for an unattended conference call can be increased or decreased through system programming |
