| You can inform the called extension user that your call is waiting: |

While hearing a busy tone, Press  |
| |
Depeding on the other called user's telephone,
the "Off-hook Call Announcement (OHCA)" and the
"Whisper OHCA" features can be used. Depending
on the type of telephones used, you can talk to the other party
through the speaker and the microphone (OHCA) or you only
send a call annoucement through the handset (Whisper OHCA),
if they are having another conversation using the handset. Refer

| You can join a conversation between two or more parties when
you call a busy extension or attempt to pick up a line in use: |

While hearing a busy tone, Press  |

| This feature is known as Executive Busy Override. |
| You can activate the called extension's message waiting lamp
to light red, which serves as an indicator for that person to call
you back: |

While hearing a busy tone, Press

| When that person is done with their conversation,
he/she can call you back by pressing the MESSAGE
button and then lifting the handset.. |
| You can set the called telephone to ring you back when it becomes
idle: |

| This feature is known as Automatic Callback Busy.
Your telephone will ring when the extension you tried to dial becomes
idle. When you answer it, your phone will automatically dial the extension
you tried to reach before. |
